The same terms printed on the offer pages, collected in one place. Nothing here adds to, or takes away from, what the audit and retainer pages state.
The audit — $497, one-time
A scored PDF, a 5-minute walkthrough video, and 12 prioritized fixes, delivered within 48 hours of intake. The audit is a fixed scope: if it is not in the item list on the offer pages, it is not in the audit.
The 48-hour refund
If your audit is not delivered within 48 hours of intake, claim a full refund by replying to any email from us or writing to chiticohq@zohomail.com. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method.
The retainer — $1,000/mo
The first 90 days are a fixed prove-it term against a cost-per-lead ceiling agreed in writing at sale. At day 90 you receive a written checkpoint; if the ceiling is missed, you may exit and keep every campaign, creative, and audience asset built for you. After day 90 the retainer is month-to-month and cancellable by email.
Ad spend is yours
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, from your own account, on your own card. It never passes through Jobflow Media. The retainer requires at least $1,500/mo in ad spend; below that floor we decline, and say why.
Access and approvals
Account work runs on scoped partner access — never your password, personal login, or card. Every ad is pre-approved by you, copy and creative, before it runs.
No guaranteed results
No cost per lead, ROAS, lead count, or revenue is promised, anywhere, ever. Benchmarks used in the audit and on this site are labeled benchmarks — they describe the market, never a typical or promised result.
Scope and capacity
Home-service businesses only. Website rebuilds, Google Ads, and organic social management are not part of either offer. Audit intake is capped at 6 per month, so the 48-hour delivery window stays real.
