For home-service shops already running Meta ads

Already running Meta ads? The check your spend has been skipping.

You do not need another opinion about your ads — you need the account opened up: tracking, structure, fatigue, retargeting, and the page your ads land on, scored against the home-services benchmark. Delivered in 48 hours, without a call, and without firing anyone.

In the 2026 WordStream/LocaliQ benchmarks, home-service advertisers averaged $42.95 per lead on Meta. If you cannot say where your account sits against that number, that is the first finding.

$42.95

average cost per lead for home-improvement advertisers on Meta — the benchmark every Jobflow audit measures against, labeled a benchmark and never a promise.

48 hours

from intake to a scored audit in your inbox — the delivery window the refund stands behind, not a results timeline.

40%

of small-business agency engagements end in a switch or a discontinuation — and 60% of that churn cites lack of ROI. Shops fire agencies that cannot show the numbers.

56%

of small businesses now advertise on social media — more than use search ads. Paid social is the majority behavior, not the experiment.

Benchmarks and survey figures: WordStream/LocaliQ 2026 ad benchmarks; LocaliQ Small Business Marketing Trends Report, October 2025; vcita survey of 500 US small-business owners, April 2025. Figures describe the market, never a client’s results.

New practice, stated plainly: Jobflow Media has no client results to show you yet, so there are none on this page. What you can check before you pay is all here — exactly what the audit contains, the dated benchmarks it measures against, the terms in writing, and a full refund if the audit ships late.

The problem

The ads run. The month bills. The jobs get harder to point to.

Nothing is broken loudly. That is exactly the problem — a running account fails quietly, in structure, while the spend stays loud.

It is the end of the month. Meta charges the card, the leads felt thinner than they used to, and Ads Manager insists everything is still ‘learning.’ The creative that worked in spring is in its fifth month. Two ad sets are bidding against each other for the same streets. The pixel fires on the thank-you page and nowhere else — or nowhere at all.

This is how shops end up firing agencies: not over one bad week, but because nobody ever showed them the numbers in a form they could check. Sixty percent of agency churn cites lack of ROI (vcita, April 2025). The fix is not a new agency’s promise. It is a document — your account, scored, with the fixes ranked.

Keep your ads. Lose the guesswork about what they are doing.

  • 90+ daysHow long a fatigued ad can run before anyone notices — creative fatigue is a scored line in the audit, not a vibe.
  • 12 pointsTracking, structure, budget, fatigue, overlap, landing match, compliance, speed-to-lead, retargeting, offer, events, integrity — the whole account, not the dashboard highlights.
  • $42.95The benchmark your cost per lead gets read against (WordStream/LocaliQ 2026) — above it, below it, or unmeasurable. All three are findings.

What the management layer costs, four ways

You are already paying for ads and for whoever touches them. Here is what the management layer costs across the market — and the one route that starts by showing you the document before asking for the retainer.

Modeled from published figures
RoutePublished costWho does the work
Keep running unchecked $0 in fees Nobody ranks the fixes. Any waste in the account compounds month after month, unmeasured.
Freelance ads manager $750–$2,500/mo A generalist, usually across many industries. Benchmark discipline and reporting depth vary by person.
Generalist agency retainer $500–$5,000/mo Your shop is one vertical among many. Home services is not the specialty, and juniors usually run the account.
Jobflow Media $497 once, then $1,000/mo Home services only. The audit first, the 12 fixes implemented, every ad pre-approved by you, a checkpoint in writing at day 90.

Modeled from published ranges — freelance paid-ads retainers of $750–$2,500/mo (Upwork pricing page, September 2026) and freelance/agency retainers of $500–$5,000/mo (vcita survey, April 2025). Market ranges, not quotes; any quote you hold will differ. Jobflow’s prices are the live prices on this page.

How it works

Four steps. Two of them are yours, and both are short.

The audit runs on a published clock — the same clock the delivery SOP runs for every client.

  1. You buy the audit

Checkout, then a short email intake — your trade, your service area, and partner access for the account check. Not your password, not your card; those never change hands.

  2. Hours 0–12: your account, opened up

Your active ads come out of the Ad Library next to 5–8 local competitors. Then the 12-point check runs on the account as it stands — fatigue, overlap, and tracking first, because that is where running accounts leak.

  3. Hours 12–48: scored and delivered

Scored PDF + 5-minute walkthrough in your inbox: your cost per lead against the benchmark, and 12 fixes ranked by impact — each tagged do it yourself or we implement this. Late means refunded, in full.

  4. Hand it to whoever you like

Give the audit to your current manager, fix it in-house, or hand it to us — the retainer implements all 12 fixes in 30 days on a 90-day prove-it term. The document is yours either way.

The audit

What the $497 buys, item by item

A fixed scope, priced once. If it is not in this list, it is not in the audit — and the audit’s last page is the only pitch for what comes next.

  • The 12-point account audit, firstPixel/CAPI status, conversion events, campaign structure, budget allocation, creative fatigue, audience overlap, landing-page message match, privacy and compliance gaps, speed-to-lead, retargeting coverage, offer strength, tracking integrity — scored as your account stands today.
  • Ad Library teardown of your adsEvery active ad you are running, graded on hook, offer, creative format, and CTA — beside the 5–8 competitors bidding for the same homeowners.
  • Benchmark comparisonYour cost per lead against the $42.95 home-services benchmark (WordStream/LocaliQ 2026), labeled a benchmark. Above it, below it, or not measurable — each answer means something different, and the audit says which.
  • 12 prioritized fixesRanked by impact, tagged do-it-yourself or we-implement. Written so your current manager could execute them — that is deliberate.
  • The 5-minute walkthroughThe findings in plain words, on video. No call, no pitch meeting, nothing to remember from a sales conversation.
  • An honest verdictIf your account is fine, the audit says so and the fixes list is short. We would rather lose the retainer pitch than invent leaks.

What we never do

  • Guarantee a cost per lead, a ROAS, a lead count, or revenue. Ever — the ban is in writing.
  • Hold, fund, pre-pay, or route your ad spend. You pay Meta directly, from your own account.
  • Launch an ad you have not pre-approved — copy and creative, every time, no exceptions.
  • Ask for your Facebook password, your personal login, or your card details. Partner access only.
  • Take an account under the $1,500/mo spend floor, or outside home services. Below the floor the math cannot work, and we will tell you so instead of taking the fee.

These are structural, not slogans — the spend separation and the pre-approval rule are written into the services agreement.

The checkable details

For the skeptic who verifies before buying

Exact deliverables, the platforms the work runs on, the timelines, the limits, and what this is not — in one place, before the pricing.

What you receive

  • The audit (one-time)Scored PDF + 5-minute walkthrough video + 12 prioritized fixes, delivered within 48 hours of intake.
  • The retainer (monthly)The 12 fixes implemented in the first 30 days; campaigns rebuilt and managed; new creative every 2 weeks, at least 4 hooks or angles per cycle.
  • ReportingA weekly 5-minute video report and a monthly written report: spend, cost per lead, lead count, and booked-job estimates you confirm.
  • Speed-to-lead helpWe help set up sub-5-minute first contact for new leads — scripts, routing, notifications. Part of the product, not a bonus.

Timelines, in writing

  • Hours 0–12Ad Library pull — your ads plus 5–8 local competitors — and the 12-point check runs.
  • Hours 12–48Scored PDF drafted, walkthrough recorded, audit delivered. Day-3 and day-7 check-ins follow delivery.
  • Days 1–30 of the retainerThe audit’s 12 fixes implemented; campaigns rebuilt under partner access.
  • Day 90The written checkpoint: your cost per lead against the ceiling agreed at sale. Miss it, and the exit terms apply exactly as priced on this page.

The limits

  • Home services onlyPlumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, lawn and pest, cleaning — for the first 90 days and until case studies say otherwise.
  • $1,500/mo spend floorThe retainer requires at least $1,500/mo in ad spend, paid by you to Meta. Below the floor the fee eats the budget, and we decline.
  • 6 audits a monthThe cap is what keeps 48-hour delivery real. When the month fills, the audit reopens the next month.
  • One operatorJobflow is a solo practice. Capacity is the constraint, and it is stated instead of hidden.

  • Your Business Manager, by partner accessAccount work happens in your account, under scoped partner permissions. Never your personal login, never your card.

What we are not

Not a lead guarantee — no cost per lead, ROAS, lead count, or revenue is promised, anywhere, ever. Not a website builder (we review landing pages and recommend; we don’t rebuild them). Not Google Ads or any other platform yet. Not organic social management — that is a separate service, and we will point you to it rather than bundle it. And never your bank: ad spend never passes through us.

Who stands behind it

Jobflow Media, operated by Ruben Olaverria (Chitico HQ), 2041 Jefferson Dr, Port Arthur, TX 77642. Questions before you buy: chiticohq@zohomail.com — the same inbox the work is delivered from. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Pricing

Two prices. Both on the page, both total.

The audit costs about a third of one month at the $1,500 spend floor. The retainer, if you want it after, is priced in full here.

After the audit

The Prove-It Retainer

$1,000 /month

First 90 days are a fixed prove-it term against the CPL ceiling agreed at sale; month-to-month after. Ad spend is separate and never touches us.

  • The audit’s 12 fixes implemented in the first 30 days
  • Campaigns rebuilt and managed in your own account
  • New creative every 2 weeks — at least 4 hooks or angles a cycle
  • Weekly 5-minute video report + monthly written report
  • Day-90 checkpoint in writing, against the CPL ceiling agreed at sale
Start the retainer — $1,000/mo

Leaving, stated before you pay: the retainer’s first 90 days are a fixed prove-it term; after day 90 it is month-to-month and you cancel by email. If the day-90 checkpoint is missed, you exit cleanly and keep every campaign, creative, and audience asset we built — no hostage-taking. Ad spend is never part of either price: you pay Meta directly, from your own account, on your own card.

The 48-hour claim path: if your audit is not delivered within 48 hours of intake, claim a full refund by replying to any email from us or writing to chiticohq@zohomail.com — refunded through Stripe to your original payment method. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Questions

The objections worth answering in writing

I already have someone running my ads. Is this a replacement pitch?

No. The audit is a document, not a coup. Hand it to your current manager and let them execute the fixes — the fixes are written to be executable by whoever holds the account. If you later decide to move the work, that is your call, made with the document in hand.

What if the audit finds my account is fine?

Then it says so, in those words, and you have bought a fixed-price certainty: a scored, benchmarked clean bill from someone with every incentive to find problems. The fixes list will be short, and there is no retainer pitch beyond the audit’s last page.

Will you need my login or my card details?

Never. The account check runs on scoped partner or read access to your Business Manager, and your spend stays on your own card, paid to Meta. If anyone running ads for you holds your personal login, fix that first — the audit will flag it if we see it.

My cost per lead is already under $42.95. Why audit?

Because $42.95 is an average across home services, labeled a benchmark — beating it says nothing about fatigue, overlap, or whether your tracking would survive a platform change. And if the check confirms the account is healthy, that confirmation is the deliverable.

What happens to my campaigns if I move to the retainer?

They get rebuilt in your own account, under partner access, in the first 30 days — the audit’s 12 fixes, implemented. Your old campaigns are never deleted by us, and everything built stays yours, including if the day-90 checkpoint is missed and you leave.

Do you guarantee the fixes will lower my cost per lead?

No — no CPL, ROAS, lead count, or revenue is promised, anywhere, ever. What is promised is checkable: the 12 fixes implemented, creative refreshed every 2 weeks, weekly reporting against the benchmark, and the day-90 checkpoint with a clean exit if the agreed ceiling is missed.

Your next month of spend is already scheduled. Score this one first.

The audit lands in 48 hours: your account opened up, your cost per lead benchmarked, 12 fixes ranked. Hand it to whoever runs your ads — including us.
