Meta ads management · home services only
Know your Meta ads’ waste — and the 12 fixes that matter.
Jobflow Media is a paid-ads practice for home-service businesses — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, lawn and pest, cleaning. It starts with a fixed-scope audit: your ads, your account, and your competitors, scored and delivered within 48 hours. No sales call.
No sales call · Scored PDF + 5-minute walkthrough within 48 hours · Full refund if it ships late
In the 2026 WordStream/LocaliQ benchmarks, home-service advertisers averaged $42.95 per lead on Meta. The audit measures your account against that number — a benchmark, never a promise.

average cost per lead for home-improvement advertisers on Meta — the benchmark every Jobflow audit measures against, labeled a benchmark and never a promise.
56%
of small businesses now advertise on social media — more than use search ads. Paid social is the majority behavior, not the experiment.
40%
of small-business agency engagements end in a switch or a discontinuation — and 60% of that churn cites lack of ROI. Shops fire agencies that cannot show the numbers.
48 hours
from intake to a scored audit in your inbox — the delivery window the refund stands behind, not a results timeline.
Benchmarks and survey figures: WordStream/LocaliQ 2026 ad benchmarks; LocaliQ Small Business Marketing Trends Report, October 2025; vcita survey of 500 US small-business owners, April 2025. Figures describe the market, never a client’s results.
The problem
Money goes to Meta every month. The account rarely gets opened up.
Most home-service ad accounts were set up once and then left to run. The waste is not dramatic — it is structural, and it compounds quietly.
A pixel that stopped firing, or was never connected to the CRM. Creative that fatigued months ago and is still the only ad running. Three ad sets bidding against each other for the same homeowners. No retargeting, so the visitors who looked and left are simply gone. None of it shows up as an error — it shows up as a cost per lead that creeps and a month that ‘felt thin.’
And when shops finally fire their agency, the reason is rarely one bad week. In vcita’s April 2025 survey of 500 US small-business owners, 40% of agency engagements ended in a switch or a discontinuation — and 60% of that churn cited lack of ROI. Translation: nobody showed them the numbers, so the numbers stopped being believed.
We sell the work and the measurement. The first measurement is the audit.
- $42.95The 2026 home-services cost-per-lead benchmark (WordStream/LocaliQ). Your audit scores your account against it — above it, below it, or not measurable at all, which is itself a finding.
- 12 pointsThe check: pixel/CAPI, conversion events, structure, budget, fatigue, overlap, landing match, compliance gaps, speed-to-lead, retargeting, offer strength, tracking integrity.
- 5–8 competitorsLocal competitors pulled from the Ad Library in every audit — their hooks, offers, and formats graded next to yours.
What the management layer costs, four ways
Before the retainer, the audit. Before either, an honest look at what the management layer usually costs — and who actually does the work.
| Route | Published cost | Who does the work |
|---|---|---|
| Keep running unchecked | $0 in fees | Nobody ranks the fixes. Any waste in the account compounds month after month, unmeasured. |
| Freelance ads manager | $750–$2,500/mo | A generalist, usually across many industries. Benchmark discipline and reporting depth vary by person. |
| Generalist agency retainer | $500–$5,000/mo | Your shop is one vertical among many. Home services is not the specialty, and juniors usually run the account. |
| Jobflow Media | $497 once, then $1,000/mo | Home services only. The audit first, the 12 fixes implemented, every ad pre-approved by you, a checkpoint in writing at day 90. |
Modeled from published ranges — freelance paid-ads retainers of $750–$2,500/mo (Upwork pricing page, September 2026) and freelance/agency retainers of $500–$5,000/mo (vcita survey, April 2025). Market ranges, not quotes; any quote you hold will differ. Jobflow’s prices are the live prices on this page.
How it works
Four steps. Two of them are yours, and both are short.
The audit runs on a published clock — the same clock the delivery SOP runs for every client.
-
You buy the audit
No sales call, no intake call. We email a short intake: your trade, your service area, and access for the account check. Nothing else is asked before the clock starts.
-
Hours 0–12: we pull and check
Your active ads and 5–8 local competitors come out of the Meta Ad Library, graded on hook, offer, format, and CTA. Then the 12-point check runs: tracking, structure, budget, fatigue, overlap, landing-page match, compliance, speed-to-lead, retargeting.
-
Hours 12–48: scored and delivered
A scored PDF plus a 5-minute walkthrough lands in your inbox within 48 hours of intake: your numbers against the benchmark, and 12 fixes ranked by impact — each tagged do it yourself or we implement this. Late means refunded, in full.
-
Your call: fix it, or hand it over
Take the audit and walk away — it is yours. Or the retainer implements all 12 fixes in the first 30 days on a 90-day prove-it term. The audit’s last page carries the exact offer; there is no second pitch.
No sales call, no intake call. Checkout, a short email intake, and the clock starts.
The audit
What the $497 buys, item by item
A fixed scope, priced once. If it is not in this list, it is not in the audit — and the audit’s last page is the only pitch for what comes next.
- Meta Ad Library teardownEvery active ad in your category and geo, graded on hook, offer, creative format, and CTA — yours and your competitors’.
- The 12-point account auditPixel/CAPI status, conversion events, campaign structure, budget allocation, creative fatigue, audience overlap, landing-page message match, privacy and compliance gaps, speed-to-lead, retargeting coverage, offer strength, tracking integrity.
- Benchmark comparisonYour numbers against the $42.95 home-services cost-per-lead benchmark (WordStream/LocaliQ 2026) — labeled a benchmark, never presented as a typical result.
- 12 prioritized fixesRanked by impact. Each one tagged: do it yourself, or we implement this in the retainer.
- The 5-minute walkthroughThe findings in plain words, on video. The audit is async on purpose — no call to schedule, no pitch to sit through.
- An honest verdictSome accounts are fine. If yours is, the audit says so, and the fixes list is short. That answer is a deliverable, not a failed sale.
What we never do
- Guarantee a cost per lead, a ROAS, a lead count, or revenue. Ever — the ban is in writing.
- Hold, fund, pre-pay, or route your ad spend. You pay Meta directly, from your own account.
- Launch an ad you have not pre-approved — copy and creative, every time, no exceptions.
- Ask for your Facebook password, your personal login, or your card details. Partner access only.
- Take an account under the $1,500/mo spend floor, or outside home services. Below the floor the math cannot work, and we will tell you so instead of taking the fee.
These are structural, not slogans — the spend separation and the pre-approval rule are written into the services agreement.
The checkable details
For the skeptic who verifies before buying
Exact deliverables, the platforms the work runs on, the timelines, the limits, and what this is not — in one place, before the pricing.

- The retainer (monthly)The 12 fixes implemented in the first 30 days; campaigns rebuilt and managed; new creative every 2 weeks, at least 4 hooks or angles per cycle.

Method & platforms
- Meta Ad LibraryPublic record. Every teardown — yours and your competitors’ — is graded from ads anyone can see.
- Your Business Manager, by partner accessAccount work happens in your account, under scoped partner permissions. Never your personal login, never your card.
- Assisted research, human judgmentResearch and report drafts are AI-assisted and operator-reviewed. Strategy, approvals, and compliance calls are the operator’s.

Timelines, in writing
- Hours 0–12Ad Library pull — your ads plus 5–8 local competitors — and the 12-point check runs.
- Hours 12–48Scored PDF drafted, walkthrough recorded, audit delivered. Day-3 and day-7 check-ins follow delivery.
- Days 1–30 of the retainerThe audit’s 12 fixes implemented; campaigns rebuilt under partner access.
- Day 90The written checkpoint: your cost per lead against the ceiling agreed at sale. Miss it, and the exit terms apply exactly as priced on this page.
The limits
- Home services onlyPlumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, lawn and pest, cleaning — for the first 90 days and until case studies say otherwise.
- $1,500/mo spend floorThe retainer requires at least $1,500/mo in ad spend, paid by you to Meta. Below the floor the fee eats the budget, and we decline.
- 6 audits a monthThe cap is what keeps 48-hour delivery real. When the month fills, the audit reopens the next month.
- One operatorJobflow is a solo practice. Capacity is the constraint, and it is stated instead of hidden.
What we are not
Not a lead guarantee — no cost per lead, ROAS, lead count, or revenue is promised, anywhere, ever. Not a website builder (we review landing pages and recommend; we don’t rebuild them). Not Google Ads or any other platform yet. Not organic social management — that is a separate service, and we will point you to it rather than bundle it. And never your bank: ad spend never passes through us.
Who stands behind it
Jobflow Media, operated by Ruben Olaverria (Chitico HQ), 2041 Jefferson Dr, Port Arthur, TX 77642. Questions before you buy: chiticohq@zohomail.com — the same inbox the work is delivered from. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Pricing
Two prices. Both on the page, both total.
Start with the audit — it is the door, and it is priced like one. The retainer is here in full because hidden second prices are how shops get surprised.
The Ad-Account Audit
$497 one-time
One-time. Scored PDF + 5-minute walkthrough within 48 hours of intake, or a full refund — claim path printed below the pricing, not buried in an FAQ.
- Scored PDF + 5-minute walkthrough, within 48 hours

The Prove-It Retainer
$1,000 /month
First 90 days are a fixed prove-it term against the CPL ceiling agreed at sale; month-to-month after. Ad spend is separate and never touches us.
- The audit’s 12 fixes implemented in the first 30 days
- Campaigns rebuilt and managed in your own account
- New creative every 2 weeks — at least 4 hooks or angles a cycle
- Weekly 5-minute video report + monthly written report
- Day-90 checkpoint in writing, against the CPL ceiling agreed at sale
Leaving, stated before you pay: the retainer’s first 90 days are a fixed prove-it term; after day 90 it is month-to-month and you cancel by email. If the day-90 checkpoint is missed, you exit cleanly and keep every campaign, creative, and audience asset we built — no hostage-taking. Ad spend is never part of either price: you pay Meta directly, from your own account, on your own card.
The 48-hour claim path: if your audit is not delivered within 48 hours of intake, claim a full refund by replying to any email from us or writing to chiticohq@zohomail.com — refunded through Stripe to your original payment method. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Questions
The objections worth answering in writing
What if my account turns out to be fine?
Then the audit says so, in those words, and the fixes list is short. A clean bill is a real finding — it is a fixed-price certainty, and we would rather sell you that than invent problems to justify a retainer.
Do you need my password, my login, or my card?
Never. Account work runs on scoped partner access to your own Business Manager, and your ad spend stays on your own card, paid to Meta directly. Anyone who asks for your personal Facebook login to ‘run your ads’ is a risk you do not need.
Why is there no sales call?
Because the audit is the conversation. A fixed-scope document you can read, check, and hand to anyone beats a pitch you have to remember. Everything a call would cover — scope, price, terms, limits — is on this page.
What does the 90-day prove-it term actually commit me to?
Ninety days at $1,000/mo, against a cost-per-lead ceiling agreed in writing at sale. At day 90 you get a written checkpoint. Miss the ceiling and you exit cleanly, keeping every campaign, creative, and audience asset we built. Hit it, and the retainer continues month-to-month, cancellable by email.
Why the $1,500/mo minimum ad spend?
Arithmetic, not attitude. Below $1,500/mo, a $1,000 management fee eats the budget before the ads can. We decline accounts under the floor and say why — the audit will still tell you what to fix first if you grow into it.
Do you guarantee leads, or a cost per lead?
No — and that refusal is the product. No CPL, no ROAS, no lead counts, no revenue, promised anywhere in writing. What is promised is checkable: the work, the benchmarks, the reporting, the checkpoint, and the exit.
Who actually does the work?
Ruben Olaverria, the operator — a solo practice, AI-assisted on research and report drafting, with strategy, approvals, and compliance calls made by the operator. And every ad is pre-approved by you, in writing, before it runs. Every time.
